Introduction

The Dashboard Module is a centralized hub within our platform that provides users with quick access to essential utilities, analytics, and plugin management. This documentation will guide you through the key elements and functionalities of the Dashboard Module.

Utilities Section

The Utilities section of the dashboard contains several Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons for easy access to important features:

  • Free Plan

    • Description: This CTA redirects users to the Plans page, where they can explore and select the Free Plan option.

  • Flipshop Pro Subdomain Store URL

    • Description: If a custom domain is not connected, this CTA directs users to the storefront using the subdomain URL. If a custom domain is connected, it displays the custom domain URL.

  • Custom Domain CTA

    • Description: Allows users to navigate to the custom domain settings for their store.

  • Edit Business Info CTA

    • Description: Redirects users to the Store Details Settings page for editing business information.

Analytics Section

The Analytics section of the dashboard provides insights into key metrics with customizable time frames using a calendar slicer:

  • Calendar Slicer Options

    • Last 7 days (Default selection)

    • Today

    • Yesterday

    • Last 30 days

    • Custom (User-defined date range)

  • Analytics CTA

    • Description: Clicking on this CTA directs users to the Reports section for detailed analytics and data visualization.

  • Analytics Data Points

    • Total Sales: Represents the total sales amount for the selected period.

    • AOV (Average Order Value): Represents the average value of orders placed within the given time frame.

    • Total Orders: Indicates the total number of orders processed during the selected period.

    • Abandoned Cart: Displays the total number of abandoned carts, providing insights into potential sales recovery opportunities.

    • Returning Customer Rate: Calculated based on data from the analytics section, showcasing customer loyalty and retention metrics.
