Introduction

The Custom Domain Linking Settings feature allows you to connect your custom domain to your platform seamlessly. Follow the step-by-step guide below to link your custom domain successfully.

Step 1: Click on Connect Domain

1. Log in to your account on the platform.

2. Navigate to the "Settings ->Domains" section.

3. Look for the "Connect Domain" or "Add Domain" button and click on it.

Step 2: Enter Your Custom Domain

1. After clicking the button, an input field will open up.

2. Enter your custom domain (e.g., www.yourdomain.com) into the input field.

3. Click "connect".

Step 3: Paste the Listed DNS Record to Your Custom Domain Provider

• 1. Upon saving your custom domain, you will receive a listed DNS record.

• 2. Log in to your custom domain provider's website or dashboard.

• 3. Navigate to the DNS settings or DNS management section.

• 4. Add a new DNS record with the details provided by the platform.

  • Add/Edit CNAME: CNAME  -  add your domain name - for ex:- "abc.com"

  • Add/Edit A-record - 34.96.93.122

  • TTL: Time to Live (optional, default can be used)

Note: DNS propagation may take some time (usually 24-48 hours) to complete. Be patient and avoid making further changes during this period.
