Introduction

Welcome to the Edit Store Details feature! This feature allows you to add and edit your store information conveniently. It is divided into two segments for ease of use: Profile Settings and Billing Information.

Getting Started

To Add/Edit Store information:-

Navigate to the "Settings"  ->  Store Details”  section on the dashboard.

Profile Settings

In the Profile Settings segment, Add the following details:

1. Store Name: This gets auto fetched from the store name that you added at the time of onboarding. You may edit the store name if desired. 

2. Store Phone: This also gets auto fetched if you have signed up using your number. If not then add your store's contact phone number.  You will receive the notifications and updates about your store on this number. 

3. Store Email: This also gets auto fetched if you have signed up using your Email. If not then add your store's contact email address. You will receive the notifications and updates about your store on this email. 

How to Update Profile Settings

1. Click on the "Edit" Button.

2. Edit the fields with the new information.

3. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Note: Make sure to enter valid information and follow any formatting guidelines specified. 

Billing Information

The Billing Information segment contains the following details:

1.Legal Business Name: Add your store's legal business name.

2.GSTIN (Optional): Add your GST Identification Number if applicable.

3. Address: Add your store's billing address. This will be the complete address.

4. Apartment, Suite: Add the Address line 1 and Address line 2

5. City: Add the city name

6. State: Add the state name

7. Pincode: Add the pincode

8. Country: Add the country name

How to Update Billing Information

1. Click on the "Edit" Button.

2.Enter the Legal Business Name, GSTIN (if applicable), and billing address.

3.Click "Save" to confirm the changes.

Note: If entering a GSTIN, ensure it follows the required format and is valid.
Business GSTIN guideline:
First 2 Digits: The first 2 digits of the 15 digit GSTIN represents the state code. 
Next 10 Digits: The next 10 digits are the PAN of the person or the business entity. Thirteenth Digit: The thirteenth digit is based on the number of registrations done by the firm within a state under the same PAN.

• Review and update your store details regularly for accuracy.

• Double-check all information before saving to avoid errors.

• Keep your billing information up-to-date for smooth transactions.

Q: Is the GSTIN field mandatory?

A: No, the GSTIN field is optional. You can leave it blank if it doesn't apply to your store.

Q: Can I edit my store's details multiple times?

A: Yes, you can edit your store details as often as needed. Just remember to save your changes each time.
